Move With Audi

Premium Automobiles officially moved from their interim showroom back to Leng Kee Road and this time, its twice the times (2 stories) bigger than the previous one. With Mark & Hadi did the Ribbon Cutting ceremony in the early afternoon, followed by VIP invitation together with the press and media, we also had the chance to walk down the red carpet to witness this grand opening!

A little pat on my shoudler

This may sound like a small deal to many but this is definetely a GREAT deal to me. Its my first cheque which I received from my first coporate event photoshoot after I had setup "Karsoon Photography' about a month ago.

Its time to have a pat on my own shoulder and work towards a great venture out there! Soon, it will be my next few thousands and who knows, it will be $2,000,000!

Dinner with Audi Management

We just had our regular dinner with the Audi Singapore staff. Dinner was set at the Tradewinds Bar at Hollandse Club. Great food and great company! Here is another picture to share.

Buddy got an B8

Congrats to Jonz whom just collected his brand new Audi A4. This is his 2nd A4 and he is digging it! The 'Ambitous' edition really came with lots of nice specs such as the S-line kits, seats, trimming and of coz, the Audi signature, the daytime running lights. Sweet !!!!

The stock take days

After 2 days of hard work for the stock take team, these guys had completed the half yearly stock take event in the company and thats something to cheer for!

Wedding of Linus & Jolene

Congratulations to Linus & Jolene on your wedding day! It was also one of the hottest wedding convoy I ever attended. 10 VW Golf driving in a line from Bakit Batok to Orchard, how cool can that it. Not to mention those mega horns when arriving at the Regent Hotel. Blasting!

Wedding of Max & Felicia

Congrats to both Max & Felicia. A lovely couple who got to know each other and started their romance story at Audi Service Centre - Premium Automobiles Ubi. Audi not just make good cars, but also produce blissful marriages!
During this event, its also my first time using prime lens 85mm. Good grief! One hell of a super lens! Thats really Poison! That lens will cost me S$3,500! How many more wedding do I need to fund this lens!? ;-(

Autospritze Grand Opening

It has been a busy busy weekend for me. Done a Zaino on Edwin's B7 and yet got to rush down to 115 Eunos Ave3 to do the photoshoot for their grand opening. Congratulations, Bro Dennis. You made it big this time! I am proud of you! May your business grow and grow and grow!

The new workshop is huge, clean and maintained by skillful, friendly technicans.

And of coz, our guest - Mediacorp Star, who I have no idea whats his name! Muhahaha.. but does it really matter? ;-)

Livia Condo - Ow Mei, you finally made it

Its always one of ow mei's dream to own a property of herself and Tuesday, it was so impromtu and both of us decided to just go and take a look at Livia condo at Pasir Ris after our work. And so, we went. Once we stepped into the showroom, we were welcome by a very friendly agent, Danny, who showed us at the scaled-down model and then brought us to see the various showrooms which they offered.

Mei wanted a 2bedroom + a study room and the only available unit left. Everything has been all sold out during the first week of their soft launch. According to Danny, City Developments Ltd (CDL) has about $650 psf for the initial batch of units. 80 percent of the 320 units released for the soft launch have already been sold.

After the first visit, Mei had been troubled about the decision. I asked her to get Ow Pa and Ow Ma to come down and let them see if it will be a deal for her or not.

On 2nd day visit, 4 of us came down again to Livia and decided was decided very quickly when Ow Pa said, go for it. We took the cheque book and signed!

Congrats, mei !!!!! Finally your first home!!!

The search goes on..

Its my 2nd week looking for landed property. Its tough and really not easy to find something which we really like and fall within my budget. I guess tho the property has soften but yet they still able to fetch high value.

Preferred area now Upper Thomson area & Serangoo Garden. Here is one which I went to see this morning. Nice area with big area space. Pity that the owner is asking 1.5M. The search goes go...
